Terms and Conditions – 222 RS Online Gaming and Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 222 RS ("the platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the 222 RS website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and all associated services.

By completing registration on 222 RS, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full, that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms in all your interactions with the platform. If you do not agree, you must not register or use 222 RS.

These Terms are written in plain English and are intended to be clear and understandable. If any section is unclear, please contact 222 RS support at support@222rs.online before registering. We would rather you understand everything upfront than have confusion arise later.

To register and use 222 RS, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 222 RS does not permit registration or use by anyone under 18, under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must be registering of your own free will and using the platform for personal entertainment, not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off restriction on 222 RS at the time of registration or use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

222 RS reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide adequate verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Each person may hold only one account on 222 RS. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different phone numbers, or through any other method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering on 222 RS, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested in the registration form. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, update your account immediately.

• Your 222 RS account is personal to you. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including bets placed and withdrawals initiated.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 222 RS support immediately at support@222rs.online.
• Accounts must not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another person.

222 RS uses the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with responsible gaming obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

All transactions on 222 RS are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is required. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposits are credited to your 222 RS account as soon as the transaction confirms, which is typically immediate for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. IBFT transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

You must only deposit funds that you own. Depositing funds from third-party accounts, using stolen card details, or attempting to fund your 222 RS account through fraudulent means is a serious violation of these Terms and may also constitute a criminal offence. Any deposits identified as fraudulent will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

222 RS does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your bank or mobile wallet provider if you are unsure.

222 RS offers promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated clearly when the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on 222 RS:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds not used within this period will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on a 222 RS account at any given time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Single account per offer: Promotional offers are available once per player and once per household or device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will result in account suspension.
• Welcome bonus: The 222 RS welcome bonus (100% match up to Rs 50,000) is available to new players on their first deposit only.

All bets placed on 222 RS — whether on sports, PSL cricket, casino games, or any other market — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated on the relevant section of the platform.

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection across all sports betting markets.
• Maximum bet: Varies by market and event. The maximum stake is displayed on each selection before you confirm. Placing bets that exceed the displayed limit may result in partial acceptance or rejection of the bet at 222 RS's discretion.
• Confirmed bets: Once a bet is confirmed on 222 RS, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Check your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. 222 RS reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during stoppages in play. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered. Voided bets are returned to your wallet at the original stake.
• Settlement: 222 RS settles bets using official result sources. In the event of a discrepancy, 222 RS's decision is final, subject to the dispute process in Section 15.
• Errors in odds: If a betting market is published with a clearly erroneous price (a significant pricing error), 222 RS reserves the right to void any bets placed at that price. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.

Cricket and PSL betting on 222 RS is conducted using official match data. Results are based on the official scorecard at the conclusion of each match. Rain rules, DLS adjustments, and other officiating decisions are taken from the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board.

Withdrawals from your 222 RS account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. If this is not possible, the 222 RS support team will work with you to arrange an alternative. All withdrawals are in PKR.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 3–10 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.
• Verification before withdrawal: 222 RS may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is required to protect player funds and prevent fraud.
• Bonus wagering: Withdrawals cannot be processed from a balance that includes unconverted bonus funds. Real-money funds can be withdrawn at any time; bonus funds must be converted through the stated wagering requirement first.
• Withdrawal limits: Maximum withdrawal amounts and daily limits may apply. These are communicated within your 222 RS account settings.

The 222 RS Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn PKR bonus credit by inviting friends to register and deposit on the platform. The following rules govern participation:

• A qualifying referral requires the referred friend to register a new 222 RS account using the referrer's unique link or code, and to make a first deposit of at least Rs 200.
• The referred friend must be a genuinely new player — existing 222 RS players cannot be referred for a second time.
• Referral bonuses are tier-based: the per-referral rate increases as your cumulative number of qualifying referrals grows. Full tier details are available on the Refer a Friend page.
• Referral bonuses are credited automatically to your wallet upon confirmation of the qualifying deposit and are subject to the same standard bonus wagering requirements as other 222 RS bonuses.
• Attempting to abuse the referral programme by creating fake accounts, self-referring, or using automated methods to generate referrals is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all referral bonus credit.
• 222 RS reserves the right to amend the referral programme terms, including tier structures and per-referral rates, at any time with reasonable notice to players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 222 RS and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated system to interact with the 222 RS platform — including but not limited to auto-betting tools, odds scraping software, or scripted account actions.
• Exploiting errors in odds, game software, or payment processing for financial gain.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information related to a sporting event.
• Collusion with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals fraudulently after having received gaming services or winnings.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

222 RS monitors accounts continuously for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are identified, the account will be suspended and the matter reviewed. Funds associated with confirmed prohibited activity will not be returned.

222 RS reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account has been involved in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the responsible gaming tools.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Verification documents requested by 222 RS have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting the 222 RS support team. Account closure requests are processed promptly. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, minus any outstanding obligations.

222 RS is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides several tools that every registered player can access at any time from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR limits on how much can be deposited to your 222 RS account. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases take 24 hours to take effect.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified length of time.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your 222 RS account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, any attempt to re-register will be blocked.

Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a way to make money. If gaming is no longer fun, if you are betting money you need for essential expenses, or if you are spending more time gaming than you intended, please use the responsible gaming tools immediately. 222 RS collects and processes personal data from registered players as necessary to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, and meet our responsible gaming obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

By registering on 222 RS, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy sets out in full what data we collect, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights in relation to it.

Financial transaction data, including deposit and withdrawal records, is retained by 222 RS for the period required by applicable financial regulations. Account data may be retained for a period after account closure for audit and compliance purposes.

222 RS provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or completely secure. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, technical issues can occur.

• 222 RS is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or force majeure events beyond our control.
• In the event of a platform error that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds being displayed, 222 RS reserves the right to correct the error and void affected bets, with stakes returned to the player.
• 222 RS is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses claimed by a player.
• Our total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

222 RS may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before they take effect, except in cases where changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the 222 RS platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically, particularly before PSL season when promotional terms may also be updated.

If you have a dispute about a bet settlement, a bonus calculation, or any other aspect of your 222 RS account, please raise it with support in the first instance. Most queries are resolved within 24 hours. Where a dispute cannot be resolved at this level, it will be escalated to the 222 RS management team. We aim to resolve all formal disputes within five business days of receiving full details from the player.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 222 RS operates.
